Print & digital assets

We have a long pedigree in creating visual identities and brand documents for housing developments. One such project was Southern Housing's development in the former Co-operative Society department store in Woolwich. We would always carry out research into the local area to uncover landmarks or any historical connections to inspire our thought process but in this case, the inspiration came from the building itself.

The original art deco features gave rise to the stylised letter 'D' for the development's name 'Deco'. The styling infused every touchpoint that we created including press and outdoor advertising as well as digital ads and web content.
