Total jobs asked us to visualise the findings of their workplace research which asked respondents to identify good and bad qualities they recognsed in their managers.

In order to elevate what could be quite dry research material into something more 'retail' and visually engaging, we mapped these findgings against the character traits of Premier League managers (at the time!). The result had more angagement than the typical collection of graphs and charts that you might expect to find in a research document.
